David has his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Haworth College of Business at Western MI University, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Calvin College and over 22 years of experience in Kalamazoo real estate serving over 1100 satisfied home buyers and sellers. David works closely with home sellers in all aspects of the home marketing process. Our uniquely effective advertising strategies consistently generate interest, inquires and sales. Jason Veenstra, REALTOR®
Jason has a degree in Business Communication with a focus in Information Systems from Trinity Christian College in Palos Heights, IL. Jason brings a youthful enthusiasm and energy to the real estate service provided by the Veenstra Team. Jason started his first business when he was 16 years old and quickly worked his way into management positions in jobs he held as a college student. Jason’s IS minor and his naturally inquiring mind brings a continually developing high tech aspect to the Veenstra Team’s real estate services for home sellers and home buyers. Jason builds strong relationships and is an excellent listener while working with home buyers. Donna Neevel, Client Services Manager
Serving as “client services manager” and “closing coordinator,” Donna pleasantly and tirelessly works behind the scenes to ensure that all of our services are coordinated and details are well managed. Donna works with title companies, lenders, inspectors, and cooperating REALTORS® to make good things happen for our clients. Donna also manages REALTOR® and client relationships within the EXODUS Real Estate Network.
Cindi Veenstra, Director of the EXODUS Network, Marketing Specialist
Serving as graphic designer and marketing consultant Cindi ensures that our homes are given maximum exposure in both “traditional” and “high tech” venues. Cindi also directs the EXODUS Real Estate Network, our nationwide Referral Network which connects moving families to pre-screened servant leaders in real estate who impact their communities through the US and Canada.

David and Cindi Veenstra also own and operate the EXODUS Network, a nationwide REALTOR® referral network that operates throughout the US and Canada. The EXODUS Network has been pre-screening REALTORS® since 1993. We do not recommend a REALTOR® until we 1) evaluate an agent’s services by personally interviewing them and having them complete an application form which tells us about their experience and education. 2) personally call or email a random sampling of a prospective agent’s past customers and clients to make sure that they have been well satisfied by the agent. If an agent passes through that process, then we recommend them to someone who is moving. We also follow up throughout the entire transaction, ensuring that the home buyer’s or seller’s needs are being met. After the transaction, we also seek evaluation forms to make sure that we only continue recommending agents that get rave reviews! Our service is completely free of charge (the REALTOR® agrees to share with us a portion of the commission that he or she receives for the sale) and we work with individual agents from any real estate company.
